The 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee is a powerful SUV. It features the standard 3.6-liter V6 Pentastar® engine with Engine Start/Stop technology. This engine delivers 293 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. There are several trim-specific optional engines, including the 5.7-liter V8 HEMI® MDS VVT engine that cranks out 357 horsepower and 390 lb.-ft. of torque. Another available engine is the eco-friendly 2.0-liter plug-in hybrid 4xe engine that generates 375 horsepower and 470 lb.-ft. of torque. The Grand Cherokee comes to you as a rear-wheel drive SUV, with the available Quadra-Trac® 4WD system. However, the Summit Reserve comes with standard 4WD.
